Document does not repaginate due to pagination option disabled.
Cause:
Pagination has been disabled in the Options settings.
Solution:
Turn on 'Background Repagination' in the Options section; or, place the document in Page Layout or Print Preview.
Do one of the following:
1) Enable repagination as a default:
a) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
b) Click the 'General' tab.
c) Select the 'Background Repagination' check box.
d) Click 'OK'.
2) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Page Layout'.
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print Preview'.
